known as the Devil in the Ozarks has been captured
in northern Arkansas. Former Arkansas Police Chief Grant Harden has
been on the loose for thirteen days after he escaped
from prison last month by disguising himself as a law

enforcement officer. Harden was serving time for rape and murder.
The Izard County Sheriff's Office as authorities caught up with
Harden on Friday, about a mile and a half west
of the prison grounds. The FBI and the Department of
Homeland Security are warning of an elevated threat to the

Sunday's fire bomb assault in Boulder, Colorado, and last month's
